December 17, 2023
Starting with careful preparation for the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 1 in 2019, a dedicated student of Faculty of Medicine of the AIU, Nurida Kemelbek, successfully passed a rather difficult exam at the first attempt.
Through countless hours of preparation, night classes, and overcoming difficulties, she has demonstrated an exceptional determination to succeed. Nurida took the exam on November 23, 2023 in the USA and two weeks later received great news. Nurida's success not only reflects her personal achievements, but also serves as a source of inspiration for her fellow students and aspiring medical professionals.
The USMLE is a three-step exam for obtaining a medical license in the United States. The USMLE evaluates a physician's ability to apply knowledge, concepts and principles and demonstrate fundamental patient-centered skills that are important for health and disease and that form the basis of safe and effective patient care.
As she continues her path to excellence in medicine, we wish our student success in all her future endeavors. This achievement is an important milestone, and we are proud that such a dedicated and gifted student is studying at AIU.
