December 2, 2019

As a group of students, we decided to conduct projects as part of our medical research. Projects that will help increase our knowledge in the field of medicine and provide this information to a broader audience.

It was a chance to bring together medical students to discuss various public health issues in the social environment.
In addition, we also wanted to give participants an excellent opportunity to familiarize themselves with the work of medical institutions, to meet with teachers and students of the medical faculty and to share its knowledge. The symposium was the beginning of change, the prospects of a new life, the establishment of friendly relations both within the university and with other universities, the acquisition of new knowledge and, above all, fun. The symposium was attended by roughly 180 people, 20 of them are lecturers, the other participants are students of the Ala-Too International University, students from the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy and the International Medical University. Guests from Italy, India and Pakistan visited the symposium.

During the break, the guests had time to get to know each other and discuss projects over coffee and they have been able to continue their discussion at lunch. At the end of the symposium, there was prepared the entertaining show program for guests: performances of the music club of the Ala-Too International University, national dances, komuz playing, and even an opera performance. After the entertainment part, the winners of the symposium were announced and the main cash prize was awarded, and all participants of the symposium were awarded with certificates.
