Jamia Hamdard University (India) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ala-Too International University. The signing ceremony of the Memorandum was attended by Professor M. Afshar Alam, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of AIU Kudaibergen Osmonaliev, Director of CMPR (Center for the Promotion of Medical Research) Dr. Mirza Masrour Ali Beg and other representatives.

The two sides agreed on joint cooperation, exchange programs for lecturers and students, as well as on the training of teachers in specialized fields such as Unani medicine, pharmacy, nursing and toxicology. The delegates also visited the Department of Molecular Medicine and the Unani School of Medical Education and Research.

Dean Kudaibergen Osmonaliev showed keen interest in the treatment of diabetic foot of Unani. The Vice-Chancellor noted that the MoU will not remain on paper, and joint research and academic activities will be conducted at both institutions.

AIU expresses gratitude to the representatives of Jamia Hamdard University for the warm welcome and believes that the cooperation will be fruitful!
